Remarks:
# The combined funding ceiling for ACT and BIM is HK$7,500,000 per applicant, of which HK$1,500,000 is designated solely for procurement or rental of 4S products. In other words, applicants are eligible for up to HK$6,000,000 funding support for BIM, which can be fully allocated to training or partially allocated to adoption up to HK$1,500,000.
#Applicable to funding applications submitted on or after 1 June 2025. For funding applications submitted before 1 June 2025, the per-applicant fund ceiling remains at HK$6,000,000.
^ Applicable to funding applications submitted on or after 1 June 2025. For funding applications submitted before 1 June 2025, the per-applicant fund ceiling for each computer remains at HK$21,000.
